Côtes du Ventoux wines achieved through the selection - of the soils and grapes -, the wine-making and maturing techniques but never forgetting the principle of faithfulness to the typicity of the appellation before all.
The Côtes du Ventoux CARTE NOIRE Élevé en fûts de chêne derives from grapes harvested on the southern slopes of the Mont-Ventoux in the parishes of Bédoin and Flassan.
